Unfortunately, is seems this may become an issue for many chapters/businesses who
also use either of these name.

I’m the attorney for the Red Hat Society and am contacting you to ask
your cooperation related to changes I need to have you make to your domain name and website.
First, you may not be aware that there is a company, Red
Hat, Inc., with certain intellectual property rights related to use of the term “Red Hat” and variations on those
words. We have been working with them to avoid any confusion between their company and the Red Hat Society. They
recently contacted us about the use of “Red Hat” in your domain name (“redhatinsurance”). We
request that you respond to their concern by removing “redhat” from your domain name(s).

would also be a problem. Please use something like cdn.members_rhs.com.
